Kharadar General Hospital School of Nursing is a reputable institution in Pakistan focused on nursing education. The hospital which was established in 1918, gradually extended its services to quality nursing education. The Pakistan Nursing Council recognizes the School of Nursing which is affiliated with Dow University of Health Sciences. The college is being established to provide quality education and training to fulfill the healthcare needs of the community. It has a highly qualified faculty and a strong focus on innovative teaching, guiding students toward successful careers in nursing and midwifery.

As a President of the organization it is my endeavor to provide best possible health facilities to residents of poor localities of Kharadar, Lyari, Khadda, Nayabad and old city of Karachi at subsidized and affordable rates. Academic Programs Offered
The institution provides nursing degrees at various levels. The Generic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) is a four year degree program that prepares professional nurses. The Post Registered Nurse Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post RN BScN) is a 2 year program designed for registered nurses wishing to upgrade their clinical and professional education. This three year diploma (RN) in general nursing covers the basics. Alternatively, diploma programs in midwifery, such as the Diploma in Midwifery (RM) which is a one year program that focuses on maternal care and the Diploma in Community Midwifery an 18 month course that aims to improve maternal and child health within communities are also offered. Theoretical academic knowledge is balanced with clinical application in these programs to offer a well-rounded nursing education.
Facilities & Activities
Students have access to well equipped laboratories, a large library, and hospital based clinical training through the School of Nursing. It also encourages co-curricular activities that increase personal and professional growth for its students. Free medical and health camp organized by the school in February 2025 wherein nursing students served healthcare to approximately 600 individuals. These activities help students do real world work and serve their community. The Distinction in Nursing Education in Pakistan through strong academic programs and hands on training.
