Karachi Medical and Dental College Admissions 2025

KMDC (Karachi Medical and Dental College) now invites students to apply for MBBS and BDS courses starting from 2025 through their admission process. The Karachi Medical College will accept admission between January 22 and January 25 in 2025. Admission Process

• Pass a written aptitude test that is MCQ-Based. The test will comprise of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English questions.
• Shortlisting on basis of merit. The merit is made up of 50 % marks of entrance test, 40 % marks of HSc. education and 10 % marks of secondary education.
• The candidate who fall on the merit list will be shortlisted for an interview which is conducted by the admission committee. The candidates are required to bring along their original documents.
• Before the final selection, the candidates will be medically evaluated. Medical Examination of the candidates is done to make sure they are mentally and physically fit individuals who have the potentials to cope up with the rigorous medical studies.
• Pay the fee and get registered with the University.

Eligibility & Criteria

MBBS and BDS applicants at KMDC need to finish their Intermediate (Pre-Medical) exams with minimum 60% from approved education boards or have A-level qualifications as alternative qualifications. The entry requirement along with the MDCAT test performed in 2024 demands candidates to earn a minimum score of 50% marks. The evaluation combines three different factors where MDCAT scores represent 50% of the total merit points while F.Sc (Pre-Medical) results contribute 40% and SSC/Matri grades amount to 10%. The acceptance process includes evaluating academic records together with medical ability by applying fair standards.
