Indus University Karachi

Since its inception in 2005, The Indus University is renowned for its highly accredited degree programs. The university which has a prime location in Karachi, (adjacent to National Stadium) is a home to the cream and most competitive individuals of Pakistan. A legislation was passed in the Sindh Assembly on 28th November 2005 that declared the establishment of a premium class higher education system. In accordance to the Legislative Act, the Sindh Governor laid the foundations of the Indus Institute of Higher Education. In April 2012, charter was granted by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh which upgraded the status of Indus Institute of Higher Education to a full-fledge Indus University.

Indus University provides a variety of programs leading to undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate degrees. These courses of study include Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Fashion Designing, Media Sciences and Health Sciences. The university also has specific degrees in different departments like Textile, and Interior Design.
