Application Process

To apply for an undergraduate program at Habib University the following steps should be followed:

• The admission process begins with the access of e-application.
• The candidate creates an account and login- in via ‘New Applicant Sign-in’
• Then the applicants fill in and save their e-application.

• Application Review and Submission
• Application Fee
• Necessary Documents
• Meta-curricular Experience Form
• Personal Statement (for Entrance Examination exempted students)
• Skills, talents and achievements other than your grades and marks.
• An application fee of Rs.3000/- should be submitted. However, to submit the SAT scores as an exemption from the HU Entrance Examination, the applicant has to pay Rs.1000/- only as application processing fee.
• Students seeking admission on Scholarship have to submit their Scholarship and/or Financial Aid applications.
• The candidates have to appear at the Habib University Entrance Examination and then they have to appear for an interview.

Eligibility and Criteria

Admission to Habib University requires secondary education completion by June 2025 alongside A Levels or high school diploma or their equivalent accreditation. Steeped in their transportation policies, different degree programs require varying coursework including Physics and Mathematics and either Computer Science or Chemistry. Programs at the university enforce specific GPA requirements containing a minimum of 30 points from 45 total International Baccalaureate Diploma points which must include Mathematics as one of three principal subjects. The admissions schedule for 2025 is as follows:

• Announcement of Admissions: October 6, 2024
• Submission of Admissions Application: February 13, 2025
• Submission of SAT Scores: February 13, 2025
• Submission of Scholarship and Financial Aid Applications: February 13, 2025
• Habib University Entrance Examinations: February 24–28, 2025
• Admission Interviews: Starting March 3, 2025

Applicants who reside/study in Sindh will give their entrance test in Karachi. However, students residing outside Sindh can take admission test in the test centers located outside Karachi. Habib University also caters international students and assists them in acquiring admissions at Habib University.
