Programs Details

The college provides education for intermediate, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. The intermediate level includes FA and FSc in both the Pre-Medical and the Pre-Engineering group. However, ICS and ICom remain in the same category. It offers BA, BSc, BS (Hons) Mathematics, English, and Computer Science for undergraduate students. At the level of postgraduation, the college offers MA and MSc in selected subjects only. This institution makes all round development possible, as part of its curriculum, the institution has taken the incorporation of extracurricular activities like debates, sports, and literary events.

Campus Facilities and Infrastructure

Govt. Sadiq Egerton College is located on historic grounds which are maintained at a very high standard. The insitute is designed with spacious classrooms, science and computer labs and a huge library that holds a great amount of books and journals. The sports facilities of the college are considered as well that would include the grounds for cricket, hockey, & football which will benefit physical fitness as well as will help the students to have a team spirit. Moreover, there are also hostels for those coming from out of town who need such amenities along with a safe environment. Thus, the Govt. Sadiq Egerton College, which is hundreds of years old, still stands as a beacon of good quality education at the regional level.
