Process of Merit Lists and Criteria
The merit list for the admissions of the GSCWU of 2024 is prepared according to the different records of candidates applied for the respective programs offered. The marks in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) are considered for undergraduate programs. For Graduate or Postgraduate Programs, the university considers earlier academic records, Undergraduate or Master's Level. Most departments may also require a few entrance examinations or interviews, and those scores would also figure in the final merit list. The merit list is generally made program wise, based on the number of seats available for which the number of candidates is considered.
Announcement and Further Steps
The merit list for 2024 will be published on the official website of Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur, with a copy displayed on notice taking boards across the university building. Candidates whose names are on the merit list must process their admission by merely supplying the requirement documents and paying the stipulated fee within the stipulated time. Those not on the merit list may appear for admission against vacancies created on first selection, in case any remain available for admissions.
