The aspirant is eligible for a degree or diploma if he/she fulfills the following requirements:

• Meets the eligibility criteria specified by the department.
• The candidate's previous academic qualification should be from a HEC recognized institution.
• Passes the entry test.
• Has no criminal record or history.
• Has not been rusticated from previous educational institution.
• The application forms are scrutinized and candidates are shortlisted. The eligible candidates are required to appear in an entrance test arranged by the university. The performance of candidates in admission test is very important as it forms the basis of merit of admission.60% of the marks in admission test shall count. The previous academic record of the candidates also matters and it forms 40 % of the merit.
• All courses are taught in English, except for Urdu. The medium of instruction is Urdu.
• The university is holds the right to cancel the admission of a candidate if the fee is not paid by the due date.
