It is a public sector university in Multan and is regarded as one of the largest universities in South Punjab, Pakistan. Bahauddin Zakariya University is a credible, degree-awarding university that offers more than 130-degree programs in more than 60 subjects. The university is dedicated to providing high-quality education and research to the students of Punjab. The university has been recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

Campuses 

The main campus of Bahauddin Zakariya University is located in Multan, however, the university extends its sub-campuses in Layyah, Veharai, and Lodhran. The university holds affiliations with 79 different colleges such as:

Admission requirements 

• Acquiring education for an undergraduate degree at Bahauddin Zakariya University requires a minimum of intermediate or equivalent education with at least 50% marks. For graduate degree programs, students require a minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant field and a minimum of 60% marks or a grade point of 2.5. For doctoral degree programs, candidates are required to have a minimum grade point of 3.0 in the relevant degree program.
