Admission Criteria and Requirements

Before applying to Al Shifa University, a candidate seeking admission in the school of public health has to fulfill certain admission requirements. For the undergraduate programs, the students are expected to have completed their higher secondary with a special focus on science subjects and that they should have passed with the minimum passing grade as a requirement. For MPH and other postgraduate programs, the requirement includes having a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Further, the documents that are usually required during applications are; transcript, letters of recommendation, a statement that explain why the undergraduate needs to be in the school of public health, and sometimes, the proficiency in English. Some programs may also involve examination for candidates during entrance and or oral interviews.
