Admission intakes of BS Environmental Sciences

Most public universities start admission in September and October. Students can apply through the online official web portal of the university.

Degree Completion Requirements

TO get BS degree, a student must complete the following requirements:
  • Students must have studied and passed the prescript courses, totaling at least 130 credit hours.
  • Students must have a CGPA of at least 2.0 out of 4.0.

Eligibility Criteria Of BS Environmental Sciences

The requirements for admission in a Bachelor degree program in Environmental Sciences is intermediate qualification (Premedical, Pre Engineering) with at least 50% marks.

Entry Test For Admission in BS Environmental Sciences

To get admission in bachelors of sciences in environmental sciences, university entry test is compulsory .This test is called NTS. Some public and private universities conduct their own entry test for admission 

General Guidelines:

  • The test consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions.
  • There is no negative marking in case of any incorrect answer.
  • Total time limit of the admission entry test is 120 minutes.
  • Passing marks in the admission test are minimum 50.

Biology  20
physics 20
Chemistry  20
mathematics 15
English  10
Computer  10
General knowledge 5

 

Merit list/Merit Formula Of BS Environmental Sciences

The merit of BS environmental sciences varies each year in public and private universities.
The merit is calculated as given formula:
Entry test marks =50%
Intermediate marks=30%
Matric marks=20%
But in some universities it is calculated as:
Entry test marks=50%
Intermediate marks=50%
In public universities the merit of BS environmental sciences starts from 82% and ends at 75%.

students must have F.Sc Pre-Medical or Pre-engineering / A Level qualification or equivalent.

BS Environmental Sciences From Superior University 

Superior University’s BS Environmental Science degree program enables the students to develop understanding of the globe’s complicated environmental problems along with the knowledge and skills required to commit the cause of resolving issues in a feasible manner. 
Eligibility criteria: FSc Pre Medical/A level or Equivalent qualification with at least 45% marks.

BS Environmental Sciences From Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering And Management Sciences

Admission Requirements

  • Intermediate with Pre-medical/Pre-engineering group or equivalent from any recognized institute/board or equivalent with minimum 45% marks.
  • Or 
  • Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in the relevant field with minimum 45% marks.

Total Credit Hours: 124-136
Total Courses: 40-44
