UET is offering subsidized category (A-1 category) admissions for Punjab-domiciled candidates in the following two-year Associate Degree Programs (ADP) for the Spring 2025 session:

1. General Instructions
-
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (or equivalent) with relevant subject combinations and secured at least 50% marks.

Classes will be held at P-6, Model Town, Lahore, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
2. Merit Calculation
Merit for ADP programs will be calculated as follows:

Matric + 1st Year Marks Weightage: 100%
-
75% weightage will be assigned to 1st Year marks.
-
25% weightage will be assigned to Matric marks.
-
For A-Level Applicants: Entire O-Level score will be assigned 100% weightage based on the corresponding IBCC score.

For DAE Applicants: 100% weightage will be assigned to the sum of scores obtained in 1st and 2nd years.
3. Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for ADP programs:

Visit the admissions portal: admission.uet.edu.pk.

Submit separate applications for each ADP program you wish to apply for.

Generate and pay a challan of Rs. 500/- for each ADP program.
-
A separate challan/token is required for each program.
-
If applying for all offered ADP programs, you will need to generate five separate challans.

The admission process starts on January 06, 2025.

Log in to the admission portal using the token.

The token number can be obtained through:
a. HBL Online Banking (for HBL account holders)
b. HBL Konnect (for non-HBL account holders)

The token/challan number is valid until Monday, February 10, 2025.

After challan payment, carefully fill out the application form.
-
Note: You cannot edit the application form after submission.

Scan and upload all relevant documents before the deadline: Monday, February 10, 2025.

Upon submission, you will receive a tracking number—keep it for printing your application form.

The first merit list will be displayed on Friday, February 14, 2025, on the admissions portal.

The last date for document and fee submission at the Admission Office, UET Lahore, is Thursday, February 27, 2025.

Subsequent merit lists and important dates will be announced on the admissions website.
4. Support for Printing of Applications
Candidates requiring assistance with printing applications may use the computer and printer facilities available at the National Library of Engineering Sciences, UET Lahore.

This service will be available from January 06, 2025, to February 10, 2025, between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with a prayer break) on working days.
