Affiliation Notice for Colleges – Academic Session 2025–2026

The Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) has issued the following guidelines and deadlines for affiliated colleges regarding the extension of existing affiliations, affiliation of additional subjects, and new affiliation requests for the academic year 2025–2026:

Key Deadlines:

• Last Date to Apply with Single Fee:
  May 31, 2025

• Last Date to Apply with Double Fee:
  June 15, 2025

Application Process:

1. Online Application Submission:

   • All colleges interested in affiliation must fill and submit the online application form available on the university's website.

   • No physical/manual applications will be accepted.

2. Fee Structure:

   • Affiliation Visit Fee must be deposited via online voucher:

     • Government Colleges:

       • Single Fee: PKR 15,000

       • Double Fee: PKR 30,000

     • Private Colleges:

       • Single Fee: PKR 40,000

       • Double Fee: PKR 80,000

3. Submission Instructions:

   • After submitting the online application and paying the fee via voucher, print the completed application form.

   • Send the printed application along with the fee voucher to the Affiliation Department, 1st Floor, Dr. Nasir Ameen Block, Old Campus, GCUF.
