BSN Generic (04 Years Degree Program – Evening Shift)
For:

College of Nursing (Male), Lyari, Karachi

Ayaz Samoon Nursing College (Female), Lyari, Karachi

Description:

Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates for admission in the 4-year BSN Generic Degree Program for the session 2025–2028 (Evening Shift only). This program is offered under the supervision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical College, Lyari.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Matriculation (Science Group):
Minimum 55% marks with compulsory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Must be passed from any Board of Secondary Education in Sindh.

F.Sc. (Pre-Medical):
Minimum 50% marks with compulsory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Must be passed from any Board of Intermediate Education in Sindh or the Federal Board. Only candidates with Sindh domicile are eligible.

Age Limit:

18 to 30 years (as per Pakistan Nursing Council rules)

Age will be calculated up to the last date of form submission.

Domicile/PRC Requirements:

Must possess Domicile and PRC of any district in Sindh including Karachi.

Applicants applying under the Lyari quota-cum-merit must have Domicile and PRC of Lyari Town.

Admission Process:

Aptitude Test:

Will be conducted by National Testing Service (NTS).

Application Requirements:

Purchase admission form from SMBBMC Lyari with a Bank Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 1000 in favor of the Principal, SMBBMC Lyari.

Pay Rs. 800 separately to NTS for the aptitude test via nominated branches or online at https://www.nts.org.pk/new/.

Submit hard copy of the filled application form to the Admin Block, SMBBMC Lyari, Karachi.

Admit Cards:

Will be dispatched by NTS to candidate addresses or can be downloaded from the NTS website.

Note:

All candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the test.

Final merit list is subject to verification of original documents.
