The Educational Grant (hereafter “scholarship”) Programmes provide an opportunity for selected candidates on annual basis to study in the leading universities of Azerbaijan at the preparatory courses, undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, general medicine/residency programmes.

Applicant must be the citizen of OIC and the NAM member countries

This scholarship program is for the citizens of the OIC and NAM member countries. Government of Azerbaijan is providing a golden opportunity to 40 outstanding students from the world to study any subject of interest in leading universities of Azerbaijan. Though it is a preparatory, undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral course.
