Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

• You need to be a non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport. 
• Good physical and mental health is a must. You should also have solid academic records and proper behavior, plus follow Chinese laws and Chongqing University rules. 
• Self-funded applicants should be between 18 and 30 years old, while those applying for scholarships should be 18 to 25 years old. 
• You should have graduated high school or have a higher qualification that meets the needs of the program you're applying for. 
• You need to have Chinese language skills, ideally HSK 4 (at least 210) or something similar. 
• You can't be receiving any other scholarships at the same time. 

Scholarship Overview

For the 2025 school year, the Chongqing University President Scholarship has two categories:

• Second-Class Scholarship: Covers all tuition fees.
• Third-Class Scholarship: Covers half of the tuition fees.

Just a heads up, students will need to handle costs for accommodation, living expenses, and anything else.
