Belgian Government Scholarships for International Students

o   Belgia Technical Cooperation (BTC) Scholarships & Internships

The Belgian Development Agency provides scholarships from 18 partners’ states of the Belgian development cooperation.  These scholarships are given to the students to pursue master’s and PhD level programs. These scholarships are given to the aspirants to study in Belgium or in partner states.

o   VLIR-UOS Master’s level scholarships

VLIR-UOS grants international scholarships to the aspirants from the selected developing states in Asia, Africa, and Latin America to chase a master’s degree programme relevant to development at the Universities in Belgium. These scholarships cover the complete tuition fee, housing allowance, travelling expenses as well as the other relevant expenses.

The Government of Flanders has introduced a new scholarship program known as the Master Mind Scholarships that is targeted to promote the internationalization of the Flemish Higher Education.  It grants more than 35 scholarships to the brilliant Master level students from all nations.

o   Science@Leuven Scholarships for International Students

The Science@Leuven Scholarship is available for the brilliant international students who are interested in pursuing their master’s degree of the Faculty of Science from K.U.Leuven. This scholarship is of worth almost 10,000 Euro per annum. The scholarship covers the complete tuition fee for one year.

o   Ghent University Master Grants for Developing Countries

Ghent University offer master’s level scholarships to the brilliant students from the developing states who are desirous to get a Master’s level degree at Ghent University. This scholarship comprises of an insurance, an allowance of 1000 euro monthly, an installation fee of 500€ as well as a refund of the annual tuition fee along with the  maximum of 105€.
