Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you need to:

Be a citizen of an ADB borrowing member country, like India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, or the Philippines.
Have a bachelor's degree with strong grades.
Have at least two years of full-time work experience since you graduated.
Be 35 years old or younger (some senior positions allow up to 45).
Be in good health.
Promise to return to your home country after finishing your studies.
