Categories Of Hood College Merit Scholarship

The amount of total award granted to students will be decided by Hood College. Different categories of Hood College awards are as follows

• Founders Scholarships: Awarded to first-year students (enrolled in any bachelor’s degree program at Hood College)

• Hodson- Gilliam Scholarships: For those Pakistani students who have no access to high school education.

• Endowed and annually funded scholarships:  This scholarship is awarded annually by the financial aid department in collaboration with different institutional departments.

• Number of Scholarships: Hood College provides merit-based awards to 100% of students who get acceptance letters from the College.

Benefits Of Hood College Merit Scholarship

The total amount of scholarship varies according to the category (mentioned above) the student is selected for. This merit-based scholarship provides a small deduction in the student’s tuition fee. The deduction %age in tuition fee depends upon the student’s performance and academic records. It may cover 25, 33, or 50% of the total tuition fee.

Eligibility Criteria For Hood College Merit Scholarship

• Applicant must international studentudents (Pakistani)

• Applicants must have 90% marks or 3.0/4.0 cumulative a core  in a previous degree

• Applicant must hold an acceptance letter 

• Must be enrolled in the full-time degree program

How To Apply For Hood College Merit Scholarship

• Hood College accepts online applications for admission

• Upload all required documents

• After successful submission of the online application, the student will get an offer letter

• Selected students will be informed by email and an interview may be conducted for final admission and scholarship award

• Students who secure admission at Hood College will automatically be considered for scholarship award
