Singapore A STAR ACIS Scholarship 2026
The Good thing is that final-year Undergraduates and graduate students are also eligible for the A STAR ACIS Scholarship. The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Government agency in Singapore. ACIS stands for the A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship, which aims to attract Singaporeans and International applicants to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) areas.
A*STAR Computing and Information Science (ACIS) Scholarship
Scholars in the programme will be exposed to boundless opportunities to research on real-world issues across the whole spectrum of computing science, from deep learning for healthcare, data analytics for improved machine learning, to modelling and simulation for advanced applications.
ACIS scholars who are interested to further deepen their research expertise and expand their global network through post-doctoral training at top overseas universities or research entities can apply for the A*STAR International Fellowship (AIF) upon completion of their PhD studies.
Criteria:
Open to all nationals, including Singaporeans.
Non-Singaporean applicants must have completed a degree or be on track to complete one.
Hold at least a Second Upper-Class Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Applicants in the final semester of their undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
Demonstrate a strong interest in the CIS area.
It is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Singapore for International students to pursue a PhD program. The Good thing is that final-year Undergraduates and graduate students are also eligible for the A STAR ACIS Scholarship.
