Colombian Government Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded)

 The scholarship has a duration of 2 years (4 semesters) and is managed and funded by ICETEX—an entity of the Colombian State that promotes Higher Education. The Colombian Government Scholarship covers Health Insurance, Medical costs, Tuition fees, Visa expenses, Living Expenses, a Monthly Stipend, Installation Expenses, and Books for all selected applicants. Notably, IELTS is not required for this scholarship program. 

Criteria:

Foreign citizens of any nationality can apply. The Scholarship is open to all students who are from outside Colombia.

Not for Colombian citizens and nationals.

Must not have any marital or de facto relationship in Colombia.

Have a professional, undergraduate, or graduate degree in any area of knowledge.

Applicants can apply for up to three degree programs.
