ARICE Scholarship 2025/26 in Romania

 The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education grant 40 Scholarships each year for International students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees from the Romanian accredited state institutions. Candidates worldwide are eligible to apply except the EU and EFTA member states for the ARICE Scholarship Program.

Eligibility

The Scholarship is open to all Nationals except EU.

Priority is given to citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA states.

Romanian citizens are not eligible.

Citizens who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible.

Citizens who have a long-term residence permit in Romania are not eligible.
