Pharmacy Council of Pakistan Eligibility Criteria for Pharm D

According to Pharmacy Council of Pakistan, following is the admission eligibility criteria for Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.

• The candidate should have passed the Intermediate Science (F.Sc) (Medical Group), or an equivalent examination from a Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan with 60% marks for Pharm D eligibility.

OR

• The candidate should have passed an examination of a foreign institution which is equivalent to the Intermediate (F. Sc) (Medical Group) of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan. Equivalence to be determined by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

Eligibility for Pharm D in Lahore College for Women University

Female candidates having FSc Pre-Medical with minimum 60% marks, and ‘A’ Level students with
Pre-Medical subjects with Minimum 60% Marks are eligible to apply for Pharm-D Program.

Punjab University Eligibility Criteria For Pharm D

F.Sc. Pre-Medical with 60% marks or equivalent
B.Sc after F.Sc Pre-Medical 60% marks or equivalent(after bsc student can take admission for Pharm D)

Additional Marks:
Hafiz-e-Quran: 20 Marks

The candidates, whose parents possess domicile of Punjab Province and have been serving in other provinces and they have qualified from Board Universities of other provinces, will also be eligible to apply for admission on open merit seats by giving cogent reasons to substantiate their claim.

Doctor of Pharmacy Eligibility Criteria in UVAS University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences

• At least 60% marks (excluding Hafiz-e-Quran) in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent examination from recognized institution / Board.
• 20 marks for Hafiz-e-Quran will be awarded subject to clearance of test. Candidates must bring their original documents on the day of test.
• The final merit will be based on marks obtained in Matric / O-Level or any other equivalent examination and F.Sc./A-Level

• Candidate must not be over 23 years of age on the last date of submission of application.

• Matric (30%)

Pharmacy D Eligibility in Foreman Christian FC College 

• Intermediate students with pre-medical having minimum 60% marks
• A- level students with 3 A level principal subjects with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, along with 8 O levels with Mathematics and 3 Compulsory subjects including Pakistan Studies, Islamiyat and Urdu.
• IBCC  equivalence in Pre- Medical with minimum marks of 60%marks

NOTE:Result awaiting students or those without the IBCC Equivalence (if applicable) are not eligible to apply.

• F.Sc 60%-Marks(Pre-Medical), A-Levels(Biology, chemistry, physics).

Pharm D Eligibility Criteria Superior University

• F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or A Level (Biology) with minimum 60% marks or Equivalent with Equivalence certificate for A Level.

Eligibility Criteria for D Pharmacy in COMSAT Lahore

• The minimum criterion is 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent  in medical group.
• Valid NTS NAT Test Score

Doctor of Pharmacy Eligibility Criteria in University of Lahore

• 12 years of education, F.Sc Pre-Medical (Bio, Physics & Chemistry) , A-Level with at least 60% marks.
• UOL Entry Test is mandatory.

• Minimum 60% marks in intermediate with FSc/ALevels with pre-medical subjects.
