Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, manage staff, and ensure customer service excellence.
- Maintain a strong control environment, including compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SBP inspections) and financial discipline.
- Support business partners to achieve organizational goals.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Adherence to SBP policies and internal processes.
- Maintenance of a strong control environment.
- Monitoring Branch GLs and ATM performance.
- Implementation of SBP Currency Management Strategy.
- Optimization of branch operations with tools and reports to empower ROMs.
- Investigate and mitigate fraud to strengthen control measures.
- Enhance staff capabilities through succession planning, training, and performance appraisals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external service providers, ensuring alignment with policies and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SLAs, SOPs, and contracts.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience (preferably 6 years in a similar role).
Age
- Up to 55 years as of February 08, 2025.
