ZARAI TARAQIATI BANK LIMITED (ZTBL) CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Position: Regional Business Head (VP/SVP) - Sindh, Baluchistan

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in supervising a branch network.

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop branch business through substantial increases in sound lending, deposits, and outreach expansion.
  • Supervise a branch network of 15 to 25 branches.
  • Implement the bank's credit and business policies.
  • Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and other business targets for the region.
  • Provide leadership for branch business development and target attainment in disbursement, recovery/NPL, and deposits.
  • Maintain liaison with agriculture stakeholders, including farmers, organizations, agriculture departments, research institutes, and suppliers of agricultural inputs and machinery.
  • Represent the bank at business seminars and conferences.
  • Ensure financial efficiency and profitability of branches.
  • Identify opportunities for opening and relocating branches.
  • Ensure compliance with SBP/Bank rules and regulations, including AML/CFT/KYC parameters.
  • Implement quality assurance standards in branches.
  • Review and evaluate financial and operational performance of branches.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Position: Branch Manager (OG-I/AVP) - Across Pakistan, Including AJK and GB

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector.
  • At least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
  • Candidates must specify 3 preferred cities/towns for placement, including one in which they have previously been posted.

Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand agricultural credit, recover regular and non-performing loans, and mobilize deposits.
  • Cross-sell services and supervise operations.
  • Ensure EKYC and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Maximum age limit: 55 years for VP/SVP, 45 years for OG-I/AVP as of the closing date.
  • Dual nationality holders are ineligible.
  • Conviction by any court of law renders the applicant ineligible.
