MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

B.Sc/B.E (Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University, duly registered with PEC as professional Engineer) preference will be given to candidates having additional degree of MBA/Project Management.
b) Experience:
10-15 year's experience in project management or implementation, with sound knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly public sector project planning and management processes and procedures. Out of which years Road Projects specifically.
c) Age Limit
d) Salary Package:
Maximum upto Sixty three years (63 years)
PPS-10 with increase @5% of the initial stage as admissible under Finance Division Notification No.F.4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18th April, 2022.
c) JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Multi-dimensional professional Civil Engineer having profound knowledge and experience in Highway Engineering, Bridge Engineering. Hydrology & Hydraulics, Environmental and Hazard Management, Engineering Project Management

X) Preparation of project proposals, strategic plan and progress reports.

Monitoring of inputs, processes, and outputs of the project to control cost
and time overruns and to ensure quality. Identification of risks based ground realities and formulalion of risk
mitigation plans.
Knowledge and practice of project related finance, accountancy and auditing. Communication skills preferably skills in informatics and techno legal field.
Coordination expertise in project activities with reference to all relevant
rules and guidelines. XIV) Any other project related assignment/task assigned by the authorities.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

5. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview.

Appointment shall be made for a period of two years purely on contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of implementation.
Candidates already in Government Service may apply through proper channel along with NOC from the head of Department Secretary concerned.

The contract employees shall not have any right of regularization at any stage. The competent authority shall have the power of cancellation recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason, which is not challengeable
in any court of law.
