Women University Mardan invites applications for the following positions on a fixed pay basis. Appointments will be initially for one year, extendable up to three years upon satisfactory performance and recommendations from the concerned Head of Department/Section.

Available Positions:

  1. Lecturers (Fixed Pay) (Female Pakistani Citizens Only)

    • Departments: Chemistry, Psychology, Computer Science, Urdu, Economics, Biochemistry, Education, Botany, English, Islamic Studies, Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Zoology, Mathematics, Management Sciences, Political Science, Physics.
    • Number of Posts: Varies by department (see below)
    • Qualification: First Class MS/M.Phil. or equivalent degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
    • Preference: Candidates with Ph.D. degrees.
    • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

    • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

    • Number of Posts: 01
    • Preference: Educated individuals.
    • Qualification: Matriculate in at least 2nd division with 2 years of satisfactory service experience in the relevant field.

  4. Sweeper (Fixed Pay) (Male & Female - from District Mardan)

    • Number of Posts: 04
    • Qualification: 2 years of relevant experience, preferably literate.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. These positions are purely on a fixed pay basis for an initial period of one year.
  2. Applicants must apply online through the Women University Mardan job portal at: https://online.wumardan.edu.ph.
    Submission Requirements: A hard copy of the online application form, along with attested copies of DMCs, degrees, certificates, CNIC, experience certificates, two passport-sized photographs, and the original challan form deposit slip (Rs. 2000 for Serial No. 1, and Rs. 1000 for Serial No. II, III & IV), must be sent through courier to the Registrar Office at Women University Mardan, East Canal Road, Mardan, by 28-10-2024.
  3. Submission of both online and hard copies of the application form along with the original challan is mandatory. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  4. Applicants currently serving in government or semi-government institutions must apply through the proper channel, with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) submitted along with the application form.
  5. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC.
  6. Applicants applying for multiple positions must submit a separate fee challan for each application.
  7. Information provided in the online application will be treated as final; any subsequent claims will not be accepted.
  8. A screening test will be conducted where applicable.
  9. Candidates with domicile certificates from District Mardan are eligible for posts in Serial No. II, III & IV.
  10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  11. The University will not be responsible for late delivery of call letters.
  12. A CGPA of less than 3.0 out of 4.0 will be considered as a second division.
  13. Women University Mardan reserves the right to increase, decrease, withhold, or not fill any post based on the demand from the concerned department.
  14. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview.
  15. Errors and omissions are subject to rectification.
