General Instructions and Conditions:
- Eligibility: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Test: Written/Screening tests will be conducted by the WAPDA Exam Cell.
- Age Limit: No age relaxation will be allowed. Age will be calculated as of the last date of receipt of applications.
- Required Documents: Original documents must be presented during the interview.
- Health and Character: Ex-servicemen applying for Vigilance Staff must be medically categorized as 'A', and their character at the time of discharge must be "Exemplary" or equivalent.
- Probation Period: The initial appointment is on probation for 1 year. Regularization is subject to satisfactory performance.
- Disqualification: Those retired or removed from service on disciplinary grounds or dismissed are not eligible.
- Application Rejection: Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
- Bogus Information: Providing false information at any stage will result in termination.
- Roll No. Slips: Candidates will receive information regarding the test center, timing, and date through Roll No. slips.
- WAPDA’s Rights: WAPDA reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

- Applicants must submit Rs. 400/- as an application fee in favor of Director (Exams) WAPDA, A/C No. 0010000019473924, Allied Bank Limited, WAPDA House, Lahore Branch.
- Candidates who fail to submit the fee within the due date will not be considered.
- Completed application forms, along with a copy of the CV, photocopies of the Discharge Certificate, Course Report, CNIC, attested copies of all educational/experience certificates, two recent passport-sized photographs, and the fee deposit receipt, must be sent via postal/courier service to Director (Vigilance) WAPDA, 217-WAPDA House, Lahore within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
