Virtual University of Pakistan requires the services of bright & motivated individuals, for the following regular posts on contractual basis (three years extendable contract on satisfactory performance). The selected applicants can be placed for duty in any campus of Virtual University of Pakistan or in its main Offices.

I.The age of superannuation is 60 years. II.Those already in the government / semi-government service or autonomous bodies will be required to bring ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’ from their current employer, at the time of interview. III.Part time, honorary, visiting, apprenticeship, freelancing and internee experience will not be counted as experience. 1st Class 4-year BS degree in Computer Sciences/IT or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution with Microsoft SQL Server related Certification. At least 05 Years post qualification experience of SQL server data base administration, managing multiple MS SQL 2005 and above RDBMS on large systems, strong self-sufficiency and initiative working on data base projects, monitoring and tuning of a data base to provide a high availability service, capable of handling transactional SQL and DTS stored procedures and can manage internal and external MS SQL data base security. Excellent English writing/communication with strong analytical competence and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
