The University of the Punjab invites applications from Pakistan Nationals for the following daily wages/contingent basis positions. The selected candidates will be paid wages from Self-Supporting/Departmental Funds/Contingent Paid Staff Budget for a period of 89 days, as per the Policy Framework for Work Charged Employees/Daily Wagers/Contingent Paid Staff issued by the Government of Punjab, S&GAD (Regulations Wing) on 29.01.2021 and implemented by the University of the Punjab vide No. 874/Est.II dated 13.05.2024. The available positions are as follows:

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The advertisement and detailed Terms & Conditions are available on the official website: www.pu.edu.pk/careers. Interested applicants must apply online via the provided link: http://111.68.103.6/nonteaching.

  2. The above-mentioned positions are purely on a Daily Wages/Contingent Basis. Candidates selected for these roles will not have any right to claim a regular appointment. Their engagement will not be regularized under any circumstances. Furthermore, they will not have any legal right to file a case for hiring/continuation/firing/regularization or for any other reason related to their employment status.

  3. Hard copies of the online application form, duly signed by the applicant, must be submitted along with attested copies of the following documents:

    • Degrees/Certificates

    • CNIC

    • Testimonials

    • Experience Certificates

    • Recent Photograph (1x1)

    These documents must be sent via registered post/courier service to the Office of the Registrar (Administration Branch-II, Admin Block, Room No. 33), University of the Punjab, Quaid-i-Azam Campus, Lahore.

    • Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.

    • No extra time will be granted for postal delays.
