The University of the Punjab invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts on a Daily Wages/Contingent Basis. The hired candidates will be paid wages from Self-Supporting Departmental Funds/Contingent Paid Staff Budget for a period of 89 days. This hiring is in accordance with the Policy Framework for Work Charged Employees/Daily Wagers/Contingent Paid Staff issued by the Government of the Punjab, S&GAD (Regulations Wing) on 29.01.2021, and implemented by the University of the Punjab via Notification No. 874/Est dated 13.05.2024.

These positions are based at Pothohar Campus (Gujar Khan), University of the Punjab, Lahore.

  2. The above-mentioned positions are purely on a Daily Wages/Contingent Basis. Selected candidates shall not be entitled to regular appointment, nor shall their appointments be regularized under any circumstances.
  3. Candidates will have no legal right to challenge their hiring, continuation, firing, or regularization in any court of law.
  4. Submission of Applications:
    • Hard copies of the online application form, duly signed by the applicant, must be submitted along with:
      • Attested copies of degrees/certificates/CNIC/testimonials/experience certificates
