The UST, Bannu requires the services of the following personnel for the Project Posts Purely on Temporary basis for the HECPSDP Funded projects titled "Establishment of University Campus for Women at Bannu" and "Expansion and Improvement of University of Science & Technology Bannu" on fixed pay basis fora period of 01year likely to be continued for the project duration subject to satisfactory performance/targets achievements.

2 Project Director/Coordinator (Fixed pay Rs. 125000/- per month Equivalent to BPS- 18, under Project Expansion Improvement of UST, Bannu) approved and the 01

First division Bachelors/Masters Degree equivalent to 16 years) in the fields of Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration from HEC/PEC recognized (in case of Engineering degree) university/ institution. At least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in any Public / Private organization of good repute preferably in project execution/management and preparation of periodic progress reports
3 Assistant Engineer (Civil) (Fixed pay Rs. 90000/- per month Equivalent to BPS- 17) (One for each 02 projects) First division in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from HEC / PEC recognized University/ DAI and registered with PEC
4 Accountant (Fixed pay Rs. 60000/- per month Equivalent to BPS-16) (One for each 02 projects) MBA/M.Com is at least 2nd division from HEC recognized University OR BBA/B.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 3 years experience in the relevant field.
5 Sub Engineer (Civil) (Fixed pay Rs. 30000/- per month Equivalent to BPS-11-13) (One for each 02 projects) recognized by relevant Board/ University: 03 years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Engineering from an institution
6 Attendant (Fixed pay Rs. 16000/- per month Equivalent to BPS- 01-04) (One for each 02 projects) Matric with Science in at least 2" Division,
 

Salary Packages have been calculated as per Finance Division (Regulations Wing), GOP OM No. F.4(9) R-14/2008, the Islamabad dated: 19-07-2017with 05% annual increase as per approved PC-I.

TERMS & OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • All the appointments will be purely temporary.
  • Application forms can be obtained from the Establishment Section of the University or can be downloaded by visiting our Website: www.ustb.edu.ok.CGPAless than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as Second Division.
  • Applications on prescribed forms neatly filled in giving full particulars regarding bio-data, attested copies of academic degrees/certificates, experience certificates, domicile, national identity card, PEC card for S.No. 1, 2&3 with four passport size recent photographs must reach this office upto15-11-2021. Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
  • Applications must be accompanied with a non-refundable bank draft (Money Order not acceptable) from any Bank or cash deposit bank receipt from HBL, UST Bannu Branch in favor of Treasurer, University of Science & Technology, Bannu as per following details.
    1• Rs.4000/- for the posts of Project Director,
    2• Rs. 2000/- for the posts of Assistant Engineer,
    3• Rs. 2000/- for the posts of Accountant, Sub Engineer
    4• Rs.1000/- Attendant
  • Original Bank Draft/Receipt must be attached with the application. However, those candidates who have already deposited the application fee should submit the additional/difference amount as per the above-mentioned charges.

  • Employees of the Government, Semi-Government, and Universities should apply through proper channels.
  • All candidates must bring their original documents/ testimonials along with the original CNIC for the interview.
  • Highly qualified and experienced candidates will be preferred.
  • The appointees will have no right to regular adjustment.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
  • Other terms & conditions will be as per University policy and as per approved PC-I.
  • Screening test for the Posts at Serial Nos. 3-6 would be mandatory.
  • Only short-listed candidates will be called for tests & interview.
