General Instructions:

  1. Submit attested copies of degrees, photos, result cards, transcripts & certificates along with the application form (in-person or via mail) to the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot.
  2. Separate applications must be submitted for each post applied for.
  3. Application forms can be downloaded from the university website.
  4. Application processing fee:
    • Rs. 4000/- for BPS-19 and above
    • Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17 and BPS-18
  5. Serving candidates must apply through the proper channel.
  6. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.
  7. Attach Marks Obtained/Total Marks Certificates (CGPA is not acceptable).
  8. Experience must be supported by documentary proof.
  9. The basic and terminal qualifications must be registered with the relevant Council/regulatory body.
  10. The university reserves the right to cancel advertised posts.
  11. If more than 30 applicants apply for Lecturer/Assistant Professor positions, a written/screening test will be conducted.
  12. Positions for Sub-Campus Kahuta Haveli are campus-specific and non-transferable.
  13. Preference will be given to AJ&K nationals.
  14. Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
