SITUATION VACANT

The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore, a public sector organization, offers a congenial working environment with excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. 1 Hostel Warden (BPS-14) 02 Graduation from a recognized university with at least 5 years of experience as a House Keeper in a renowned medical university, government institution, or hostel accommodating 250+ persons.
2 Data Entry Operator (BPS-11) 54 Graduate in Computer Sciences from an HEC-recognized university with 1 year of relevant experience in a reputable organization or institution.
3 Security Supervisor (BPS-11) 01 Ex-Army personnel (retired JCO from fighting/supporting arms) with a minimum of 24 years of color service.
4 Security Guard (BPS-06) 12 Ex-Army personnel with at least 15 years of color service in fighting/supporting arms.
5 Clerk (BPS-02) 06 Middle pass with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
6 Janitor (BPS-01) As required Middle pass with relevant experience as per the Healthcare Department's guidelines. Must be medically and physically fit.

Responsibilities of Janitor

  • Cleaning assigned areas (indoor and outdoor).
  • Disinfecting common areas and maintaining premises.
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning windows/mirrors.
  • Operating cleaning equipment and following safety guidelines.
  • Performing maintenance tasks and collaborating with staff.

Important Notes

  1. Testing: Written, technical, typing, and performance evaluation tests will be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  2. Experience Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in reputable public sector medical universities/institutions.
  3. Age Limit:
    • For positions 1–5: Maximum age 55 years.
    • For position 6: Age limit 18–45 years.
  4. Qualification Equivalence: Equivalent qualifications will be accepted if proven at the same academic level.
  5. No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be provided.
  6. Posting Location: Selected candidates may be posted at any UHS campus (City Campus or Jinnah Campus KSK).
  7. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
  8. Eligibility: Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible.
  9. Application Route: Applicants currently employed in public sector organizations must apply through proper channels.
  10. University Rights: The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without prior notice.

Phase 1: Online Submission

  1. Visit the UHS website at http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs.
  2. Fill out the online form carefully with all required details.
  3. Submit the form and download a printed copy.

Phase 2: Manual Submission

  1. Pay the processing fee through the provided bank challan in any Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch.

    • BPS-14: Rs. 1000
    • BPS-05 & 06: Rs. 500

  2. Attach the following documents with the printed application form:

    • Attested copies of certificates, CNIC, domicile, passport-size photographs, and paid bank challan.

  3. Submit the application by post or in person to:
