Position Announcement

Applications are invited from Punjab domiciled eligible candidates for the following position at the University of Chakwal:

1. Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 40 to 50 years

  • Mode of Appointment: Contract (for a term of three years)

Minimum Qualification & Experience (Any one of the following):

  1. PhD in any discipline from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), with eight years post-qualification experience (teaching, administrative, or professional) in a public or private institute/university recognized by HEC or any public sector organization.

OR

  1. MS or M.Phil. (Second Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC, with ten years post-qualification experience (teaching, administrative, or professional).

OR

  1. Master's degree or BS (Second Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the HEC, with twelve years post-qualification experience (teaching, administrative, or professional).

General Instructions

  1. Apply Online at: https://careers.uoc.edu.pk, followed by submission of two (02) sets of dossiers along with a duly signed online application form and the original paid system-generated fee challan.

  2. Submit a detailed resume along with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, etc.

  3. Foreign degree holders must attach an equivalence certificate issued by HEC or IBCC.

  4. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5000/- must be deposited at any branch of the Bank of Punjab.

  5. Candidates currently employed in any Government/Semi-Government Department or Autonomous Body must apply through the proper channel by the due date.

  6. Government employees must also submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) clearly stating that there are no pending inquiries or dues against them.

  7. Experience in Government service will only be accepted if the certificate is issued by the concerned appointing authority.

  8. Candidates must provide documentary proof of the experience claimed.

  9. Experience gained on a part-time, honorary, apprentice, internship, visiting faculty, or daily wages basis will not be considered.

  10. Age relaxation will be granted as per the Government of Punjab policy.

  11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

  12. The University reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement or withhold the appointment without assigning any reason.
