VACANCY FOR NON-TEACHING POST

The University of Education, Lahore (UE Lahore) was established in 2002 and is a large multi-campus, multi-city, and multi-discipline university of Pakistan. We are in search of suitable candidates for Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions in the concerned Divisions/Campuses/Offices as detailed below:

Position: Treasurer (BS-20) - On Three Years Contract

Number of Positions: 1 (Head Office)
Qualifications & Experience:

PhD in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or an equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC, with:
- Eight (08) years post-qualification relevant experience
  OR
MS/M.Phil (Second Division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or an equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC, with:
- Ten (10) years post-qualification relevant experience
  OR
MBA in Finance/M.Com/ACCA/ACMA/M.Sc. in Economics (Second Division) or an equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC, with:
- Twelve (12) years post-qualification relevant experience

Age Limit: 40-50 years

How to Apply

Applicants are required to apply online through the university job portal: web.ue.edu.pk/jobs. They must also submit a signed hard copy/printout of the same pre-filled online application form to the Registrar Office, University of Education, College Road Township Campus, Lahore.
The online application form must be filled carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission.
Applicants must print the system-generated fee challan and deposit the job application processing fee (Rs. 4000/-) in any branch of the Bank of Punjab.
Attach and submit attested copies of the following documents along with the deposit receipt/system-generated fee challan:
- CNIC
- Domicile
- All educational certificates/degrees
- Experience certificates
- Any other relevant documents
Applications submitted without the deposited fee challan will not be entertained. The deposited amount is non-refundable/non-transferable.

- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date (even if dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.

General Information

Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per statutes/rules.
Degrees only from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes will be considered.
Foreign degree holders must submit equivalence certificates issued by HEC, Pakistan.
Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies must send their applications through proper channels.
- Online applications submitted without NOC/Advance copy shall not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
The University is not responsible for any delays in receiving call letters due to courier service/postal issues.
Relevant experience includes:
- Equivalent experience in a profession or service of an autonomous/semi-autonomous organization
- Experience gained in a well-reputed private organization after acquiring the basic required qualification.
The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withdraw vacancies without assigning any reason.

Appointments, other than under the Tenure Track System (TTS) or faculty, shall be made from among candidates domiciled in Punjab.
