1. Treasurer (BPS-20)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Type of Appointment: Contract basis (Tenure: 3 years, non-extendable)

  • Age Limit: 35 to 50 years

Eligibility Criteria (any one of the following):
Option A:

  • Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics (HEC recognized)

  • 8 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above/equivalent in a relevant field

Option B:

  • MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics (HEC recognized)

  • 10 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above/equivalent

Option C:

  • MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. (Economics) with at least 16 years of education (minimum 2nd Division)

  • 12 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above/equivalent

Leave Policy: As per Contract Appointment Policy 2004

2. Registrar (BPS-19)

  • Type of Appointment: Regular basis

  • Age Limit: 35 to 50 years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree (at least 2nd Division from a recognized university)

  • Minimum 13 years administrative experience in BPS-17 or above in a university or education department

Terms: Appointment under "IUB Officers (Appointment) Statutes, 1977"

3. Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Type of Appointment: Regular basis

  • Age Limit: 21 to 50 years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree (minimum 2nd Division from a recognized university)

  • Minimum 13 years of administrative experience in BPS-17 or above in a university or education department

Terms: Appointment under "IUB Officers (Appointment) Statutes, 1977"
Age Relaxation: May be considered as per relevant statutes.
