Post Qualfication and Experience
Transmission Controller 2nd Class Masters Degree or equivalent preferably in Educational Technology/ Media Management from a HEC recognized university. 5 years experience in BPS-17 and equivalent or above as Program Producer in Radio/Television in a Government/ Semi- Government
 Producer Transmission 2nd Class Master Degree or equivalent preferably in Educational preferably in Educational Technology/ Media Management/ Mass Communication from a HEC recognized university. 
Production Assistant (Transmission) 2nd Class Bachelors Degree preferably in Mass Communication from a HEC recognized university/ Institute. 4 years post qualifcation experience in the relevant field in a governement or autonmous body of repute preferbaly in BPS-14 or equivalent
Sr. Broadcast Engineer (Satellite) At least 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualificaiton from a recognized university. 5 years experience in BPS-17 and above in operation and mainteanace of Radio/TV Studio equipment in a governement
