Health and Safety Accord (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of International Accord B.V. Netherlands, is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of:

TRAINING SPECIALIST

📍 Locations: Karachi / Lahore

Duties and Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in developing the Pakistan Accord safety training program and materials.
✔ Ensure Safety Committees in Accord-covered factories are formed and function per national laws and international standards.
✔ Conduct safety training for Safety Committee members at Pakistan Accord-covered factories.
✔ Lead All Employee Meetings for workers and managers at Pakistan Accord factories.
✔ Contribute to the development of management information systems for training activities.
✔ Maintain timely and accurate qualitative and quantitative data on training activities.
✔ Support the Pakistan Accord Complaints Team in investigating and resolving complaints as required.
✔ Coordinate with the Remediation, Engineering, and other Pakistan Accord departments.
✔ Report any problems or challenges to the Pakistan Accord leadership.
✔ Perform any other related duties assigned by the Pakistan Accord leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Safety and Health, Environment, Social Science, or a related discipline.
• Safety and health certifications preferred.

💼 Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in safety and health, training, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health standards.
• Extensive experience in conducting training programs.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including workers, trade unions, and employers.

🛠 Skills:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to Pakistan Accord’s mission.
