Position Details

• Name of Position: Treasurer (BPS-20)
• No. of Vacancies: 01
• Qualification and Experience: MBA/M.Com/CA or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts in a Government Organization.
• Age Limit: 40 to 55 Years

How to Apply

1. Candidates must fill out the application form available on the UHS website: www.uhs.edu.pk.
2. The prescribed fee can be paid through a bank challan available on the website, at any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP). Applicants must attach their bank challan with the application form. The fee details are as follows:
   • BPS-20: Rs. 2000
3. Fill out the form carefully, providing complete personal information, educational details, and experience.
4. Submit the filled form along with attested copies of degrees, professional certificates, CNIC, domicile, passport-sized colored photographs, and the original bank challan to the Office of Human Resource Section, University of Health Sciences, Kayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. Applications can be submitted by post or by hand to the Diary & Dispatch Section, UHS Lahore, during working hours.
5. The deadline for submission is 6th August 2024.
6. The date of the interview will be communicated to the eligible shortlisted candidates.

Important Notes

1. The Treasurer will be appointed on a regular basis as per Sections 8 & 18 of the UHS Ordinance 2002.
2. Preference will be given to those with experience in reputable Medical Institutes/Universities.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
4. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
5. The appointment is subject to Police Verification and verification of degrees and professional certificates.
6. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
7. Applicants working in Public Sector Organizations/Departments must apply through proper channels.
