As a key player in the country's energy sector, MOL Pakistan is among the leading producers of condensate, crude oil, LPG, and natural gas, significantly contributing to Pakistan's energy supply.

To foster talent and provide development opportunities, MOL Pakistan proudly announces the 4th Batch of the Local Trainee Program for candidates from its production areas. This initiative aims to equip fresh graduates with practical industry experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Finance/Accounting, or other relevant fields.
    • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
  • Graduation Year:
    • 2023 or 2024 graduates.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Domicile Requirement:
    • Only candidates from Karak, Kohat, and Hangu districts are eligible.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo:
    1. Written Test
    2. Interview
