To foster young talent, State Life introduces the Trainee Scheme in various domains such as PHS, Underwriting, Takaful, Bancassurance, Group & Pension, and RMD/Compliance. These trainees will be groomed as future leaders of the organization.

Trainee Officer (Graduate)

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 70,000
Maximum Age Limit: 28 years

Education: 16 years of education in:

Minimum CGPA: 2.8 from HEC-recognized universities

Training & Examination Requirements:

Selected candidates will be designated as Trainee Officers.
Training Duration: 2 years from the date of joining.
Trainees must complete:
- ACII Qualification: 60 credit hours within 2 years (Diploma & Advanced Diploma levels)
- FLMI Qualification: ALMI Level (5 papers) within 2 years
If a candidate has prior exemptions in ACII or FLMI, they must pass at least two additional papers after joining.
Successful trainees will be offered permanent employment, subject to satisfactory performance.
Service will be governed under the State Life Employees (Service) Regulations, 1973.
