POSITION
JOB SUMMARY/REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include overseeing brand identity, executing advertising campaigns, and analyzing data for informed decision- making. Lead a collaborative team, organize events, and foster relationships with stakeholders.
Manager Marketing & Branding
Education: Master's degree in Marketing or relevant field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Ensuring hospital's adherence to policies, regulations, and quality standards. Overseeing compliance, managing quality systems, and minimizing risks through audits and collaboration with safety committees are crucial aspects of the role.
Quality Assurance Manager
Education: Master's degree in Quality Management from HEC recognized institution.
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the healthcare sector.
This role involves developing SOPs, overseeing departments, supervising projects, providing technical support, managing staff and resources, facilitating training, ensuring deanliness, maintenance and overseeing day-to-day operations of hospital utilities.
Manager Facilities
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree from HEC recognized institution
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in the healthcare sector.
This role involves driving growth by identifying new opportunities and analyzing market trends. Develop comprehensive business development plans and strategies aligned with the hospital's goals. Continuously enhance business development processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from HEC recognized institution.
Assistant Manager Business Development
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Business Development Officer
This role involves developing strategies through market research, targeted marketing, and client relationship management. Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing from HEC recognized institution.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
As the SOPs Compliance Officer, responsibilities involve overseeing SOPs creation and implementation to ensure efficient hospital operations. Collaboration with teams to maintain accurate SOPs, conduct audits, and manage Safety and Risk Management programs for compliance.
SOPS Compliance Officer
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Quality Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
The role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, coordinating office operations, managing
documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.
Education: Preferably Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
