OR ()(a) Master Degree or BS (second division) or equivalent qualification from an

(b) Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience from a public or private institute or university recognized by Higher Education Commission or public sector organization
(6) A retired Commissioned Officer not below the rank of Major or equivalent from the Forces,
(i) two years after retirement are not passed, and
(n) not retired from on medical grounds or disciplinary grounds

The candidates have to submit 03 complete sets of applications bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates, 01 photograph for each set and a crossed bank draft/challan, worth Rs. 5,000/- for the post of Registrar/Controller of Examinations and Rs. 3,000/- for the post of Chief Security Officer/-in favor of the Treasurer via Registered
Mail through Pakistan Post or any Courier Service to the Information Desk, Gate No 02, GSCWU Bahawalpur. Prescribed application forms can be downloaded from

. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications and pay separate application processing fee.
ii. Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with application form by
the due date, otherwise their applications shall not be entertained, advance copy of application without NOC will not be entertained
Applications will be received only through registered mail/courier etc. by hand applications will not be accepted. Applicants are directed to clearly mention the name of the post applied for, and mode of appointment on the top right corner of the envelope.
2. The University reserves the rights:
Not to fill/withdraw any advertised post/withhold the appointment against any post, without asigning any reason thereof or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post advertised.
To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will be called for intervies.
To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of funds
Nature of posts can be changed according to the need of the University.
The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office
3. 15% Qusta for Women, 5% Qusta for Minorities and 3% Disabled Quota will be implemented where applicable.
No TA/DA will be admisible for test/interview.
5. Age relaxation, for appointment by initial recruitment, shall be admissible as per policy of the Government
