  1. How to apply:
    1. All candidates shall apply online till Friday 20.05.2022 through GSCWU Bahawalpur website www.gscwu.edu.pk, followed by submission of 03 Complete sets of applications in bound form bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates, one photograph for each set and one copy of the online fee challan (non-refundable) generated by online job application system amounting to Rs. 5,000/- for Sr. No. 01, Rs. 3,000/- for Sr. No. 02 to 08, Rs. 1,000/- for Sr No. 09 and Rs. 500/- for Sr. No. 10 to 15 via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post or any Courier Service to the Information Desk, Gate No.02, GSCWU Bahawalpur.
    2. Hard copies of the application form along with all requisite documents in bound form as mentioned should reach latest by 20.05.2022.
    3. Candidates should fill in online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been provided on the website.
    4. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications and pay separate online application processing fee.
    5. Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with online application form by the due date, otherwise their applications shall not be entertained, Advance copy of application without NOC will not be entertained.
    6. Applications will be received only through registered mail / courier etc. by hand applications will not be accepted.
    7. Applicants are directed to clearly mention the name of the post applied for, on the top right corner of the envelope.
    8. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be entertained.
  2. The University reserves the rights:
    1. Not to fill / withdraw any advertised post / withhold the appointment against any post, without assigning any reason thereof.
    2. To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
    3. To change the nature of posts according to the need of the University.
  3. The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency / Post Office.
  4. Age relaxation will be given as per Rules of Government of the Punjab.
  5. Age of each candidate shall be calculated on the closing date of receipt of the applications.
  6. 15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Minorities and 3% Disabled Quota will be implemented where applicable.
  7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.
