Position: Head Consumer Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s degree holders will be preferred) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan or an equivalent qualification from a foreign institution with an equivalency certificate from HEC.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/Retail Banking.

  • Candidates with a proven track record in product development in Islamic Banking will have an added advantage.

  • Experience in Shariah-compliant banking is a highly desired competency.

  • Age limit will be governed under the Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to meet targets.

  • Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance & compliance frameworks.

  • Lead and mentor product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts.

  • Ensure product pricing models align with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance.

  • Lead automation & digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.

  • Define credit approval processes for different segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance).

  • Ensure timely processing and submission of proposals/reports to the Head of Retail Banking.

  • Propose process improvements to enhance credit approval turnaround time.

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Grade:

Up to Senior Vice President (SVP)

Location & Remuneration Package:

  • Location: Head Office, Peshawar.

  • Reports to: Group Head Retail Banking.

  • Market-based remuneration package will be offered.


Position: Regional Head - Retail Banking

(Central, Southern & Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara Regions)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s degree holders will be preferred) from a university recognized by HEC or an equivalent qualification with an equivalency certificate from HEC.

  • Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years in an Area Manager or equivalent supervisory role in Retail/Branch Banking.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.

  • Age limit will be governed under the Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.

  • Generate and manage Liability & Consumer Assets targets effectively.

  • Manage the branch network in the region and assign KPIs to Area/Branch Managers.

  • Monitor progress on achieving targets and KPIs and formulate area-wise strategies.

  • Ensure CASA deposit & Consumer targets are met.

  • Maintain compliance with operational risk management policies & procedures.

  • Improve customer service processes and practices continuously.

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Location & Remuneration Package:

  • Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara Region: Based in Islamabad.

  • Central Region: Based in Lahore.

  • Southern Region: Based in Karachi.

  • Reports to: Group Head Retail Banking.

  • Market-based remuneration package will be offered.


Position: Regional Head - Corporate & Investment Banking (South)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s degree holders will be preferred) from a university recognized by HEC or an equivalent qualification with an equivalency certificate from HEC.

  • Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial/Retail lending at a senior level.

  • Age limit will be governed under the Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize credit proposals for respective regions and recommend viable approvals.

  • Continuously review regional credit portfolios and take measures to improve quality.

  • Conduct visits to project sites and business places of existing and potential borrowers.

  • Coordinate with Head Office to translate corporate banking strategies into practical business plans.

  • Ensure the implementation of business plans and monitor progress towards targets.

  • Drive marketing efforts to enhance the asset portfolio.

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Location & Remuneration Package:

  • Location: Karachi.

  • Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
