Applications are invited online only for the following position(s) in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Shariat Court (Gaza Branch):

Position Title:

Tehsil Qazi (BPS-17)

Quota:

1 Post reserved for Refugees Settled in Pakistan

Location:

Jhelum Valley

Minimum Qualification:

  • Shahadat-ul-Almia Arabia wal Islamia, or

  • Shahadat-ul-Faragh Sanad (equivalent religious certification), or

  • Shahadat-ul-Sanad awarded by Wafaq-ul-Madaris Salafia (Ahle-Hadith), or

  • Sanad awarded by Wafaq-ul-Madaris Shia after completion of Dora-e-Hadith, provided that:

    • The candidate has passed two additional subjects at Bachelor’s level (excluding Arabic and Islamic Studies)

    • The candidate has passed elective subjects excluding Pakistan Studies and Islamic Studies from a recognized university

Preference:
Will be given to candidates holding a LLB degree in addition to the above qualifications,
OR
A Graduate Degree in Shariah and Law from a recognized university.

Age Limit:

25 – 35 years
(Relaxation in age will be granted as per AJK Civil Servants (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997)

  4. Candidates must fill out the online form carefully, ensuring all information is accurate.

    • Edits can be made before final submission.

    • No corrections will be allowed after submission.

  5. Incomplete applications or those without required fee payment will be rejected.

  6. An application processing fee of Rs. 1800 must be deposited in the following account:

    • Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad

    • Account Title: Registrar, Azad Government of Jammu & Kashmir

    • Account Number: 101

    • Include the following on the fee challan slip:

      • Candidate’s Name

      • CNIC Number

      • Post Title

      • Mobile Number

      • Address

  7. Upload fee challan slip with the online form.

  8. Processing fee is non-refundable and can’t be used for another position.

  9. Send a hard copy of the application and fee slip to:

    • Registrar, High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad

  10. In case of a high number of applicants, a written test may be conducted (applicants will be notified accordingly).

  11. Contact information must be clearly provided in the form.

  12. False or misleading information or forgery of documents may lead to disqualification at any stage.

  13. Merit List will be available on the official website.

  14. Clearly mention the following in the form:

  15. The High Court reserves the right to cancel or reject any application without explanation.

  16. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
