?? Position 1: Team Lead – Medical Claims
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Number of Positions: 01
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
MBBS, registered with PMDC / PMC
Specialization in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Trauma is a plus
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years in medical claims management or hospital in-patient practice
Preferred experience in health insurance, TPA, or trauma-related clinical practice
Skills Required:
Proficiency in medical coding systems: ICD-11, CPT, LOINC
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and e-claims systems
Understanding of hospital billing processes

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:

Skills Required:
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Familiarity with medical documentation and healthcare claims processes

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years in communication, PR, or stakeholder engagement
Preference for candidates from health insurance, social protection, or industrial sectors
Skills Required:
Excellent in negotiation, stakeholder management, and community engagement
Fluent in Urdu, Sindhi, and English
Skilled in social media communication
Comfortable working with CBAs and government authorities
