National Rural Support Programme (NRSP)
NRSP, a national-level non-profit organization, is seeking energetic, experienced, and dedicated professionals for the following position under its project: "Strengthening of Katchi Abadi Cell and Engagement of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)". This project is currently being implemented in two Katchi Abadis—Soba Nagar in District Central and Essa Nagri in District East, Karachi.

Position Title: Team Lead

  • Project Duration: Current assignment concludes on 31 May 2025.

  • Qualification: Minimum Master's degree in Social Sciences or an equivalent field.

  • Experience:

    • At least 15 years' experience in the social sector, leading various projects.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and people skills.
    • Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
    • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
