SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position below on a contract basis under the development project "Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card (2024-25)" within the Chief, Planning & Evaluation Cell, Agriculture Department.

Post: Team Lead, PPS-11

  • Age Limit: Maximum 63 years
  • Qualifications:
    • M.Sc (Hons) (18 years of education) in Agriculture Economics/Development Economics/Economics or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university.
    • 25 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in managerial positions.
    • Experience in PSDP & ADP/Foreign funded development projects, managing micro-credit schemes.
    • Strong project planning and management skills, financial management, procurement, and knowledge of financial rules.
    • Leadership skills to execute agricultural development projects.

Note:

  1. Age Relaxation: Not applicable.
  2. Retired Government Servants: Eligible and considered on merit.
  3. Equivalent Degrees: Candidates must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC/Competent Forum.
  4. Contract Terms: Temporary, non-transferable, job-specific, non-pensionable, and no right for regularization. The contract is valid until 30.06.2025 and subject to changes per project period adjustments with the competent authority’s approval.
  5. Recruitment Process: Based strictly on merit as per selection and eligibility criteria in the PC-L.

    • Must include a CV, three passport-size photographs, attested copies of relevant documents, CNIC, certificates/degrees, detailed mark sheets including CGPA, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, board/university position certificate, release orders for Ex-Service men.
    • Deadline: 31.08.2024. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

  8. Interview Process: Eligible candidates list will be displayed on the Notice Board 3 days before the interview, with interview call letters issued.   9. Results: Successful candidates will be notified via the Notice Board and offer letters post-selection committee approval.
  10. Post Availability: The competent authority reserves the right to adjust the number of posts.
  11. Pay Protection and Regularization: Not entitled to selected candidates under the project.
