The Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is responsible for:
- Providing policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division).
- Integrated planning for the Power Sector of Pakistan.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the power sector.
- Administering, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of Power Sector Entities under approved policies/plans.

Position Title: Team Lead (Digital Transformation)
Job Overview
The selected candidate will:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT team.
- Align technology initiatives with organizational goals through business insights and transformation expertise.
- Lead the lifecycle of IT solutions, emphasizing user-centric design and emerging market trends.
- Drive the organization’s business automation and digital transformation strategies to enhance:
- Operational efficiency.
- Process optimization.
- Customer engagement.
- Plan, customize, and integrate ERP systems with core business processes.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks.
- Establish IT policies and governance frameworks for business transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technology needs.
- Manage the IT budget effectively to meet organizational priorities.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (16 years education) or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Relevant training/certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a reputable national/multinational organization.
- Proven expertise in:
- Leading IT initiatives focusing on business automation and process optimization.
- Digital inclusion strategies, ERP implementation, and product development.
- Managing IT teams and delivering large-scale IT projects.
Age Requirement:
- Up to 45 years as of the closing date.
- No age relaxation will be provided.

Remuneration
